The project’s goal is to map the entire company population in order to identify particularly valuable resources, facilitate their development process and boost ENI’s distinctive capabilities.

We designed and implemented Development Centres for young graduates and Assessment Centres for experienced experts.

We evaluate roughly 500 people a year, using expressly designed tools translated into seven different languages. We meet with all the various business units, providing their managers and HR chiefs with our evaluation results and supplying them with tools to help their collaborators develop further. We have implemented our standard tools in a flexible way, adapting their use to varying cultures and contexts.
